About
Christo has over 30 years of experience in engineering, construction, and claims for high profile, major capital programs in the United States, South America, Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Papachristou’ project experience includes residential high-rise buildings, airports, rails, hospitals, horizontal housing developments, power plants, oil and gas, sewage treatment facilities, and schools. During the last four years, he has been involved with managing the design, construction, and closeout phases of large scale, high profile residential and commercial facilities in the United States and abroad.
He has been an active participant in all phase of a project life cycle from conceptual planning through to commissioning. He has held key roles on a wide variety of multi-disciplinary program, project, and construction and claims management teams. He also possesses strong abilities to assist in tender preparation and presentations to clients. Mr. Papachristou has had extensive experience in the evaluation and establishment of program and project management strategies, development of project procedures, controls, auditing, configuration and interface management, project risk management, contract administration claims development and evaluation, and the development of computerized executive information and decision support systems. Mr. Papachristou is fluent in Greek, French, English, and Arabic.
The last ten years he has been successfully involved, under the capacity of Claims Director as an Expert in Forensic Delay analysis in several Arbitration / Adjudication cases in the Gulf Region and Europe.
